Short Title And Commencement

1. Short title and commencement:
(1) This Act may be called as the amount and Government Contracts Arrangement Act, 2020.
(2) This Act shall extend to the whole of Nepal.
(3) This Act shall commence on the first day of Bhadra of the year 2020
